Using the interface is free of charge. However costs are incurred when you use eport to order questionnaires with evaluation reports, similar to those for printed products. The prices are calcuated in "credits", an online currency. See the item "How does payment in eport work?" to find out how to get credits
In the online eport system you freely select what questionnaires you would like to order for yourself or for your customers. The costs are displayed for each order. Orders are settled via credits. The costs for the reports are based on the prices for the Profile in print form. Some online profiles are more comprehensive than their hard copy equivalents or are not available in paper format.
To place orders in eport, you must first fill your account with credits. All you have to do to buy credits is to execute the "Order credits" function. The credits will be immediately credited to your account and you will receive an invoice from us. Credits are then deducted from your account depending on what reports you order. You may return unused credits within 30 days and receive the purchase price back.
No, credits do not expire.

You yourself can set the period of usage in the order process, however there is a maximum of three years. Each link may only be used once. Once the questionnaire is completed and the report generated, the questionnaire may no longer be edited. Prior to this time completion of the questionnaire may be interrupted and resumed at a later time.
We take protection of personal data very seriously and naturally comply with the German Federal Data Protection Act (Bundesdatenschutzgesetz). You can also, of course, have participant data automatically deleted. Participants may also delete reports themselves. Click here to read our data privacy statement
